Seedy Bread is packed with seeds, nutrients and flavor. This is a very craveable bread. It is soothing and brings great pleasure to anyone who loves carbs (which means most humans!) but needs to avoid them. A bread great for diabetics or those that are pre-diabetic. Easy to make, only equipment required is a bowl, spatula and a loaf pan. It is so delicious on its own the only thing you may want to add is butter.
